J.E. Austin Associates (JAA) is headquartered in the vibrant courthouse neighborhood of Arlington, Virginia, just across the river from Washington, DC and easily accessible by public transportation. In addition, JAA is currently operating full-time project offices in Pakistan, Tanzania, Senegal, Georgia, Egypt, and Colombia.
