Ukraine Harvest Activity
Ukraine Harvest Activity
The USAID-funded Ukraine Harvest Activity is a five-year initiative which aims to support male and female grain and oilseed farmers, including marginalized and underserved groups, to return production and income for target commodities to at least pre-war levels while enhancing production efficiency and market access in the wartime context. JAA leads to improve farmers’ access to profitable markets through strengthening the market position of small and medium (SME) enterprise farmers, reducing logistics costs with digitalization and optimized strategies, and expanding business-to-business (B2B) connections via industry events, trade missions, and buyer visits.
JAA’s comprehensive approach will enable Ukrainian farmers to access diverse and profitable markets, contributing significantly to the region’s food security and economic resilience.
