JAA received the first impressions of 90 domestic and regional fruit and vegetable producers and 20 buyers from Serbia, the region, Canada, India, Poland, Ukraine, and Great Britain after meetings at the Agro Belgrade fair. Buyers are most interested in berries, fresh apples, pears, grapes, stone fruits, and frozen fruits and vegetables.

The participants positive responses are promising:

73% of buyers plan to partner with fruit and vegetable producers they met at the event, 54% of buyers gave the highest rating for networking quality, and 84% of producers expressed confidence in the prospect of establishing fruitful partnerships with the buyers they had engaged with.

Producers, buoyed by the positive reception, voiced their satisfaction with the quality of meetings, awarding an average score of 4.3 out of 5. Beyond individual connections, the spirit of collaboration permeated the atmosphere, with over 80% of producers seizing the opportunity to connect with fellow suppliers. This exchange of insights and experiences laid the groundwork for future joint ventures and market strategies.
